Anthony Romeo Chief Executive Officer and Director

Anthony Romeo co-founded Eco Minerals Ltd. in July 2025 and has served as Chief Executive Officer and a member of its Board of Directors since incorporation. He also founded Deep Sea Vision LLC (DSV), Eco Minerals’ wholly owned subsidiary conducting deep-sea exploration operations, which was acquired by the Company in August 2025.

Prior to Eco Minerals, Mr. Romeo founded SPPOTT Investments LLC, a real estate investment company that was successfully exited in 2021. He also founded KWKLY Mobile Solutions, one of the first technology companies to integrate MLS data onto mobile platforms, which was acquired by Market Leader in 2011. Early in his career, Mr. Romeo served as a United States Air Force Officer, including an assignment with Top Secret Clearance in support of the Global War on Terrorism.

Mr. Romeo holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the United States Air Force Academy (2002) and a Doctor of Law from Charleston School of Law (2016). He is bilingual and brings military intelligence, legal, and entrepreneurial expertise to his role at Eco Minerals.

Craig Wallace President of Operations and Director

Craig Wallace has served as Eco Minerals’ President of Operations and a member of its Board of Directors since August 2025, overseeing the Company’s autonomous underwater vehicle (AUV) operations through Deep Sea Vision LLC.

Mr. Wallace brings nearly 16 years of specialized subsea experience from Kongsberg Maritime Ltd. (2007–2022), where he most recently served as Product Manager for the HUGIN AUV — one of the world’s premier deep-sea survey platforms. His roles at Kongsberg also included Subsea Applications Engineer and Senior Field Engineer, encompassing AUV repair, sonar system development, and operations across ROV, navigation, GPS, and acoustic positioning systems.

In 2018, Mr. Wallace co-won the X-Prize Ocean Exploration competition for groundbreaking work on accelerating sonar survey acquisition rates using synthetic sonar technology. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering with Honors in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from The Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, Scotland (2003).

Geoffrey McDonald Day Independent Director

Geoffrey McDonald Day has been designated as an independent member of Eco Minerals’ Board of Directors, effective upon the listing of the Company’s securities on the Nasdaq Capital Market.

Mr. Day brings over 35 years of global mining industry experience, spanning exploration, mine operations, processing, and mine closure across Australia, Papua New Guinea, Indonesia, North America, South America, Africa, and Europe. Most recently, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Al-Masane Al-Kobra Mining Co. (2024–2026), a publicly traded mining company listed on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange. From 2021 to 2023, he served as a Director at Oceania Sciences International Group, an oceanography consulting firm conducting deep seabed sampling, hydrographic survey, and acoustic seabed classification.

Mr. Day holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemistry from Deakin University (1984) and a Master of Applied Science in Chemistry from Monash University (1991).

Rachel L. Gerstein Independent Director

Rachel L. Gerstein has been designated as an independent member of Eco Minerals’ Board of Directors, effective upon the listing of the Company’s securities on the Nasdaq Capital Market.

Ms. Gerstein brings more than 35 years of experience in real estate investment, development, and asset management. Since 1996, she has served as founder and principal of a real estate investment, development, and management platform focused on the acquisition, development, and management of commercial and residential properties.

Ms. Gerstein holds a degree in American Civilization from Brown University (1991) and a Doctor of Law from Fordham University School of Law (1994).

Edward McMullen Jr. Independent Director

Edward McMullen Jr. has been designated as an independent member of Eco Minerals’ Board of Directors, effective upon the listing of the Company’s securities on the Nasdaq Capital Market.

Mr. McMullen is a seasoned political strategist, diplomat, and policy advisor with more than three decades of experience in international relations, economic development, and strategic communications. He has served as Senior Policy Advisor at Adams and Reese LLP since 2021. From 2017 to 2021, he served as U.S. Ambassador to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Prior to his diplomatic appointment, he founded and led McMullen Public Affairs LLC for 15 years (2002–2017). Mr. McMullen currently serves on the Boards of Directors of Stadler Rail AG, Essentia Energy, and Health In Tech, Inc.

Mr. McMullen holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Hampden-Sydney College (1986).
